What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct virtual meetings with individuals and families to assess their benefit needs

• Offer clear, practical options for life, accident, and supplemental coverage

• Guide clients through the application process with professionalism and care

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure policy compliance

• Participate in weekly team meetings, training, and leadership development

• Stay updated on tools, industry practices, and client service techniques

• Support team goals and contribute to our mission of protecting working families
