All appointments are pre-scheduled—no cold calling or prospecting required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily warm outreach calls using our proprietary member database

• Conduct virtual consultations and assess each client’s unique benefit needs

• Recommend appropriate supplemental coverage options and explain the value clearly

• Maintain accurate records and support clients throughout the application process

• Provide long-term service including policy updates and claims assistance

• Ensure all communications meet compliance and ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred

• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Drive, and Windows-based systems

• Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable

• Coachable and open to applying feedback

• Familiarity with or interest in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
