What You’ll Do:

• Meet with clients virtually to assess needs and explain benefit options

• Help individuals and families navigate the enrollment process

• Provide continued support to policyholders and ensure service satisfaction

• Attend weekly virtual training and development meetings

• Collaborate with your team and leadership to meet performance goals

  Commission Rates:

  • Typically 60%–70% starting commission on first-year premium (can be higher based on contract level and performance) - significantly higher than our competitors

  • Lifetime vested renewals after typically 2 years of service (sometimes sooner)

  • Performance-based bonuses and overrides if you're in a leadership or team-building role

  • No chargebacks if a client cancels after the first 4 months (unlike many other companies)
