About the Role
Conduct virtual client consultations to assess needs and recommend benefit solutions
Provide clear, professional guidance through each step of the enrollment process
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and follow-ups
Deliver exceptional support and build long-term client relationships
Engage in ongoing training to stay current with tools, systems, and best practices
