Base Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 per year
With Bonuses: Can range from $90,000 – $130,000+ annually

As we expand our reach, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Consultant to lead our Veteran Category—a key initiative designed to support and uplift military veterans through specialized financial consulting, planning, and resources.
Position Overview:
The Veteran Category Lead will serve as the primary financial advisor and program head for Archebridge’s veteran-focused services. This role combines expert financial consulting with leadership and outreach, helping to craft and deliver financial strategies tailored to the unique needs of veterans and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary financial consultant for clients in the veteran category
Design and deliver personalized financial plans, investment strategies, and budgeting support tailored to veterans' unique circumstances
Lead outreach efforts to veteran communities and partner organizations
Collaborate with internal teams to shape the strategy, messaging, and growth of the veteran services program
Track financial goals and outcomes for clients and provide ongoing education and support
Stay informed about veteran benefits, programs, and policies to ensure clients receive holistic advice
Mentor junior consultants and support staff as the veteran program grows
Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial consulting, advising, or planning (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
Deep understanding of veteran financial needs, benefits, and transitional challenges
Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), or similar credential preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial planning software
Military or veteran status is a plus, but not required
